Room Reservation Information

The 2022 Summit of the Americas will be held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Official hotels for the 2022 Summit include the Hilton West Palm Beach, which is connected to the convention center via an internal covered walkway, and the West Palm Beach Marriott, which is approximately .7 miles (1km) from the convention center.

Our block at the Hilton West Palm Beach is now sold out, but we still have rooms at the West Palm Beach Marriott.  Our rate at this hotel is $265 per night single or double (plus applicable taxes), and guests in our official block of rooms receive complimentary wireless internet in their guestrooms if they are Marriott Bonvoy members. We ask that you only book reservations within our block to help us maintain reasonably priced exhibit and registration fees. We encourage reservations to be made as soon as possible since there is no guarantee rooms will be available through Friday, March 18, 2022. Please note that hospitality suites are not available for daytime appointments.

All reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and require payment of an advance deposit equal to one night's room and tax. Once you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation from the corresponding hotel. Please check your hotel confirmation for specific check-in times and do not expect access to your room before that time. Please contact us for instructions if you want to book 10 or more rooms.

Note that we do not have access to the hotel's room reservation database and cannot assist you with inquiries about specific reservations. Please contact your hotel directly using the information provided in your reservation confirmation.

Important Note about Hotel Reservations

The only official hotel reservation method is booking directly with the official hotels using the housing links provided above. We do not work with any third-party housing agencies. If you receive any solicitations for housing via email or phone, please note that these are unauthorized, and reservations cannot be guaranteed. Any reservations booked through such soliciting companies may result in reservations that are not legitimate.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your room reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact information provided in your hotel confirmation. We recommend that you make all changes and cancellations in writing and that you request written confirmation. You must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date to be refunded your initial deposit and avoid additional charges. If you cancel within 72 hours of your confirmed arrival date, you will forfeit the advance deposit you paid upon booking your reservation.

A Note about Arrival Dates

Please carefully consider your arrival date. If you do not check into the hotel on the day your reservation starts, your reservation will be canceled and you will forfeit your advance deposit. If you attempt to check into the hotel prior to the start of your confirmed reservation, there is no guarantee the hotel will be able to accommodate you.
